  5. Make it easy for customers to provide feedback.
  6. Don’t spend tons of money doing it, use existing solutions to gather customer feedback instead of building new ones.
  7. Leverage technology to aid your efforts.
  8. Share customer feedback throughout your organization.
  9. Use feedback to make changes quickly.
  10. Focus on continuous improvement.

How to measure customer satisfaction?

A simple way to measure customer satisfaction is through star-ratings (e.g.: from 1 to 5), along with a review to understand the reasoning behind the rating.

Normally, products with a rating from 1 to 2.9 are considered as unsatisfactory, products with 3 to 3.9 as neutral, and products with 4 to 5 stars as satisfactory. The star-rating method is a powerful quantitative measure to know whether your customers are happy with your product or service. Besides looking at the rating, it’s also important to analyse the full review provided by the customer, to address a potential flaw in your product or services.

With Reviup you will be able to easily create online surveys using the star-rating method to get feedback from your customers.
